Awesome place! They listened to my car issues and tried the best to find what I had. The transmission service found the problem which was a crimped vacuum hose. Solved the whole problem and eased the shifting issue. Patience for good work and reasonable pricing. Will always recommend them.

Definitely the best transmission place in town. They’ve been around for many years and are a credible place to take your vehicle to. They’ve never disappointed us. We’ve had our 1995 GMC transmission rebuilt years back and were very satisfied with their service and quality. Just recently we bought a newer GMC, not had it for a year and the transmission had some troubles. We remembered the great job they did on our last GMC and decided to take the newer one in. Our vehicle was in and out within the week. The customer service is very professional and personable, they make you feel like family. LOL, who is this Rich guy? Obviously that reviewer was never an actual customer. Rich has owned the business since Day one . There isn't a more honest and knowledgeable transmission shop in Southern Arizona. I have had my Truck and a Car towed from Glendale (Thanks AAA premium) just to have these guys work on them.

I came to Josh with a huge problem, my truck was down. he had me tow it the very next day, and by 3:00 PM my truck was back up and running. I understand it may not allways be that quick but he knew I needed my truck and he did everytning in hos power to help me out. I am extremely thankful for those guys and the hard work they put into my truck. Not only did they do a great job, but they were honest with me from the start. They didn’t beat around the bush; they gave me straight answers and were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I’m from Massachusetts and I was looking at a truck for sale at a dealership in Tuscon Arizona. It was a 6.0 diesel which I saw based on other reviews that this place specializes in. I called and spoke to a Josh Brown about possibly going over and doing an inspection of the truck for me. He did and he followed me up with a very detailed report about the good and the bad with the truck. I’m very happy I had a trusted set of eyes more than halfway across the country from me to tell me all the information I needed to know. Great Experience. You're not just a faceless number waiting in line at this shop. Very friendly and willing to advise you on your different options regarding price vs time vs quality of parts. I flew in to purchase a used Diesel Pusher with a 1999 8.3 Cummins. They got it ready to go and even found the cracked exhaust manifold and replaced it. They never complained about my coach taking up space in the yard or anything. Nice to find a small town like shop in Tucson.

We have a Nissan Titan XD diesel that had a specific code show up with engine hesitation. We took it to the local Nissan dealer (having to schedule online because they don't answer the phones and don't return calls) and were given an estimate for repairs that was over $2k. We had them clear the codes because that seemed unreasonable. When the truck started to act up again, we brought it here based on Internet reviews. The same codes came up but Josh determined that they indicated turbo issues, NOT the repairs to the coolant reservoir that the dealer recommended. The repairs were made then other issues cropped up. Josh was great through the whole process. We really felt that he cared about us and took pride in his work. We have since recommended his shop to family members and friends.

No one else could fix it and these guys were able to identify the problem and get it fix. I appreciate all the hard work u guys did, I know how difficult these diesel vans are to work on. Visiting from Wisconsin and my RV was losing coolant. Josh spent a considerable amount of time trouble shooting my rig. He did a block test, filled my rig with oil and coolant and helped me on my way. Talking with him through my issue I could tell this man knows his diesels, intelligent, experienced and conservative, Josh has all the qualities of the best mechanics. When we were finished he refused to take any money from me because he said he didn't do anything, of course he was completely wrong. He helped a complete stranger get his rig back on the road and educated me on what was happening with my engine. Josh is a very good and honest person and if you have the opportunity to make him your mechanic I would not hesitate for a second.

Josh, josh and the rest of the guys at this shop are the bee's knees. The prior location of this garage just happened to be two blocks from my house do when I bought a truck at auction and discovered the transmission was blown we took it to these guys. Straight shooters, and very fair pricing. He worked with me on payment for the repair and even went out his way to make I knew one of the tires had tumored. Josh and Josh have been my go to mechanics for over 7 years now. They are two of the most honest down to earth guys I have met. They have worked on all my vehicles for major and minor situations. They have always been strait forward on cost of repair and time frame it takes to fix the issue. Also- they have told me if something doesn't need repaired or could wait based on my budget at the given time. They are also great at communicating when parts are on back order and took it upon themselves to follow up with the suppliers and makes sure I get my needed repairs done in a timely matter. They even intervened on behalf of a family member with a separate mechanic shop out of county to help expedite a repair (parts were taking FOREVER) that had been sitting for months. These guys go above and beyond for their costumers and I will continue to go to them because they are so reliable and just overall great guys!
